All online orders are shipped via TNT at market rates.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us that your order has left our warehouse along with a tracking link for your shipment.
In the event that the provided delivery address is unattended, orders will be delivered to your local TNT distribution hub. A card will be left by the courier with the details of the local depot where your order can be picked up.
If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your order, please leave them in the space provided. We will endeavour to pass them on the service provider used. However under no circumstances can we guarantee that the provider used will adhere to the instructions provided.
You will be provided with a tracking number and tracking link within your "Order Dispatched" e-mail notification. Couriers are unable to phone prior to delivery.
Products purchased through this online store may be shipped to business or residential addresses with a street address within Australia only. Orders can not be delivered directly to Post Office Boxes, Road Side Mail Boxes or Mail Bags.
