Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Unless otherwise stated, products purchased from the AL-KO Authentics Online Store are covered under the AL-KO Vehicle Technology Products Warranty. Common situations for a return include purchasing a product by mistake, purchasing the incorrect product for your needs or the return of an unwanted gift. Where an order has not been dispatched by AL-KO an order cancelation may be granted. Please see the Order Cancelations section.
We are happy to accept returns of un-used products within 14 days of the original purchase date. Products must returned in re-saleable condition, contained neatly in their original packaging. Refund, exchange or credit may be requested.
Charges are applicable to change of mind returns to cover administration and handling costs. Where applicable charges exceed the eligible refundable amount, a change of mind return will-not be granted.
A re-stocking fee of $10 is applicable to all change of mind returns.
Freight charges applicable to the original order including remote, residential and re-delivery fees will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Orders may be returned to AL-KO using your own freight provider at your own cost. Alternately, if you would prefer AL-KO to commission the return freight, please advise an AL-KO representative during the return request process to enable you to be provided with a freight quotation. The cost of return freight will be deducted from any refundable amount.
Contact AL-KO International by phone on (03) 9767 3700 to speak with a member of the AL-KO E-commerce Department. Please have the original paperwork for your order on hand so we can locate your order in our system. An AL-KO representative will verify your purchase then issue you with a return authorisation number. This number must be clearly displayed on any goods being returned. Goods received without a return authorisation number may not be accepted for return. If you would prefer AL-KO to commission return freight on your behalf, please advise an AL-KO representative during the request process so that we may provide you with a firm price. Once your return is received by us and the condition of the goods/ packaging verified, you will receive a credit or refund to the value of your purchase excluding any applicable charges.
